Occasionally we have customers who come to us wanting to know if (which may be due to our FDA License), we would fill a product for them. This is currently the case where one of our customers just needs a Vitamin A liquid filled in bottles for them. We can and do provide this type of service; please contact us with the particulars and we would be happy to give you a quote.

Research and Development Work

At times a company will find a product that they would like to distribute, but the original manufacturer of the product is either unwilling or unable to sell the product to them. We offer custom product duplication services on most crème, lotions, and liquid soap products. Obviously, we will need a working sample of the material to generate a sample; there are many colors which can be added as well as different fragrances to make this new product "yours exclusively".

Small Batch Runs

One of the unique services offered by us is to offer smaller runs of product. This is very helpful especially for those companies who are interested in doing marketing research in a small market segment or geographical area.

A typical run such as this might be 500 pieces of 4 ounce bottles or as small as 250 pieces of 2 ounce containers. Many marketers feel that the additional cost of a small product run is actually money saved when attempting to enter a new segment of the marketplace. If the product is a "hit" or well received by their customer base, having us do a small run of product is usually considered "smart money spent". You might well come to the same conclusion; give us a chance and let's see what we can do for you!

Low Lead Times

In this world of "just in time inventory", we understand that the needs of our customers may not fall into the classic 5 to 6 week lead time scenario. Adjustments can be made at our end to facilitate a "quick" turnaround of a given product, as long as all the other components are already at our location.

Product Packaging Consultation

As a part of the work we do, we see quite a few different ways to package your product. From basic plastic bottles to unique cosmetic containers, we may be able to steer you to just the right seller of what you're looking for. Label manufacturers and bottle decorators (silk screeners) contact names and phone numbers are also available for the packaging we blend and fill for.
