Acne Cleanser

This product was designed to gently cleanse the skin of unwanted dirt and oil residue and leave it feeling clean without drying it out. This formulation is paraben free.

Below is a sampling of some of the key ingredients that have been used in formulating our Acne Cleanser. (We will work with you to formulate your own unique product if you desire certain other ingredients.)

Chitosan has not only been shown to be effective against reducing Propionibacterium Acnes bacteria but it also promotes the healing of acne lesions.

Canadian Willowherb Extract - Native Americans have used liquid extracts from Canadian Willowherb™ (Epilobium angustifolium) for numerous applications such as healing burns and soothing skin inflammations. Clinical research has recently demonstrated the potent anti-inflammatory activity of this extract and its components. CW extract contains bioactive molecules with wide ranging capabilities including anti-oxidant, anti-irritant, and anti-acne. In addition, CW shows strong antibacterial activity and clinical testing results indicated that CW inhibited Propionibacterium Acnes bacteria; the major cause of outbreaks in patients.
